Ley 34/98 del Sector de Hidrocarburos establece que el Ministro de Industria, Energ\u00eda y Turismo, previo Acuerdo de la Comisi\u00f3n Delegada del Gobierno para Asuntos Econ\u00f3micos, determinar\u00e1 los precios m\u00e1ximos de venta al p\u00fablico de los gases licuados del petr\u00f3leo envasados, en tanto las condiciones de concurrencia y competencia en este mercado no se consideren suficientes.\n\nCon el tiempo se han ido sucediendo distintos sistemas de determinaci\u00f3n de precios m\u00e1ximos de venta, antes de impuestos, para los GLP envasados. Desde el 10 de marzo de 2015 el sistema vigente es el establecido en la Orden IET/389/2015, de 5 de marzo, la cual contempla actualizaciones bimestrales del precio, con entrada en vigor el tercer martes del bimestre en el que se efect\u00faa la actualizaci\u00f3n.\n\nSe ofrecen los precios del GLP envasado en sus modalidades reguladas desde enero de 1994 con el siguiente desglose. La informaci\u00f3n facilitada responde a la aplicaci\u00f3n del sistema de determinaci\u00f3n de precios m\u00e1ximos vigente en cada momento:\nT\u00e9rmino Coste de la Materia Prima en \u20ac/kg.\nT\u00e9rmino Coste de Comercializaci\u00f3n en \u20ac/kg.\nT\u00e9rmino Coste de las Obligaciones de Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica-CFNEE en \u20ac/kg. Este t\u00e9rmino forma parte del sistema de determinaci\u00f3n de precios m\u00e1ximos desde la entrada en vigor de la Orden TED/211/2025, de 4 de marzo\nT\u00e9rmino Desajuste en \u20ac/kg. estaci\u00f3n de servicio operativa.\n-PAI: Precios antes de impuestos. Se calculan los PAI individuales por estaci\u00f3n de servicio y producto. Para ello se detrae de los PVP los impuestos aplicados: IVA e impuesto sobre hidrocarburos (tipo general y tipo especial). Una vez obtenidos estos valores se calcula el PAI provincial aplicando una media aritm\u00e9tica similar a la del PVP (considerando que los biocarburantes est\u00e1n gravados con los mismos tipos
